Catherine is a principal of Rodyk IP.
Catherine graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1999 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2000.
Catherine has practiced in the field of intellectual property since 2000. Her client base ranges from individual entrepreneurs to well-known multi-national companies. Catherine is well experienced in the management of intellectual property portfolios and advises clients regularly on the registration and protection of their intellectual property rights, including trade marks, designs and patents in Singapore and around the world. She has also represented various clients in trade mark opposition and revocation cases in Singapore and advises clients on a wide-spectrum of intellectual property related issues. Catherine also conducts IP audits for clients to enable them to better understand, protect and exploit their intellectual property rights.

- Acting for US manufacturer of energy supplement in various trade mark disputes in Singapore.
- Assisting established food company in various trade mark disputes in various jurisdictions.
- Acted for global assistance company in trade mark dispute with a competitor.
- Assisted Middle Eastern food and beverage company in trade mark dispute with a multi-national company in various jurisdictions.
- Acted for tobacco company in a trade mark revocation and opposition proceedings.
- Acted for major Japanese multi-national company in trade mark opposition in Singapore and secured early settlement.
- Assisted local Singapore companies to secure early settlement for trade mark disputes.
